Commonsku Hits $1 Billion in Network Volume

The milestone comes a decade since the company’s founding.

Commonsku, a cloud-based CRM, order management and social collaboration platform for the promotional products industry, has reached $1 billion in network volume.

The milestone means that distributors operating on the commonsku platform have, in total, reached the 10-figure revenue tally – a sign of collective success.

“One billion dollars in network volume is an acknowledgment of the number of distributors who want an efficient workflow to help them scale,” said Catherine Graham, CEO/co-founder of commonsku, in referencing the platform’s ability to help businesses’ manage growth effectively.

Graham continued: “This milestone is not only a reflection of the demand in the market but also a reflection of the incredible growth our distributors have achieved. That’s what gets us up in the morning and what we’re truly honored to be a part of.”

Graham, along with her husband, Mark, founded commonsku in 2011. Their intent was to create what they described as a world-class business software for the promo industry. The desire to do so was rooted in challenges they faced in scaling the distributorship they then owned and operated – Toronto-based Rightsleeve.

“At the time, we were struggling to scale our business due to inefficient processes,” said Mark Graham, commonsku co-founder/chief brand officer. “We wanted not just a software system, but a new solution entirely, one that would provide a seamless, efficient workflow while easily connecting our team, our suppliers and our industry colleagues through one shared experience.”

According to the Grahams, commonsku has grown from a small community of distributors to a large network that includes some of the biggest distributors in the industry, including firms that appear on Counselor’s list of the 40 largest distributors in the industry.

“We could not be more excited for what the future holds for our industry,” said Catherine Graham.

The Grahams sold Rightsleeve to Top 40 distributor Genumark (asi/204588) in 2019. The couple, who rank 49th on Counselor’s Power 50 list of the promo industry’s most influential people, have since devoted their attention to commonsku.
