In business for more than 25 years, Bravo! generated $7 million in revenue in 2022, executives told ASI Media. The firm has clients in the technology, travel, consumer retailing and entertainment industries, among others, and has supported customers throughout the world with e-commerce and drop-ship solutions.

“While we maintain high standards for acquisitions, the Bravo! Team’s approach to client service left a strong impression on us,” said Nadel Chief Financial Officer Marco Icardo. “Seattle’s market potential is exciting, and we’re confident Bravo will thrive within Nadel’s infrastructure. Our proprietary e-commerce platform, global distribution, and top-tier creative team offer them valuable support.”

Going forward, Bravo! will go to market under the Nadel name. Bravo!’s Seattle office and team members, including Marketing Director Paul Zuckerman, will remain in place, except for Founder/President Peggie Dickens. Dickens is confident she’s leaving her company in more than capable hands.

“We’ve been charting an independent course here in Seattle for 25 years, and it’s been a great ride,” Dickens said. “But once discussions with Nadel unfolded, and I walked into their new headquarters, it became immediately and abundantly clear that their depth, their breadth of capabilities and their global reach, could be transformative for Bravo!. This will benefit our clients directly, particularly our tech and travel clients who need our branded merchandise support around the world.”

Craig Nadel, president of Nadel and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people, credited Dickens and Zuckerman for building Bravo! into a firm that’s known for exceeding client expectations through top-notch service and creative solutions. “We appreciate their trust in Nadel’s ability to help them continue their growth,” Craig Nadel said.

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $210 million, Nadel ranked 14th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
