Pebble Group CEO Chris Lee will take the role of acting president to oversee the appointment of McCune’s successor and continue developing the company’s products, services and businesses.

“Ashley leaves with our thanks and best wishes on the next chapter of her career, knowing she will always be remembered as playing a significant part of the Facilisgroup story,” said Lee, Counselor’s 2013 International Person of the Year. “She leaves the business with a fantastic foundation for future growth, and we have much to look forward to through the remainder of 2023 and beyond, continuing the development of the business. We will now focus on implementing the best structure and leadership to take the business to new, exciting levels for the benefit of our team, our partners and our suppliers.”

With locations in St. Louis and Ottawa, Facilisgroup is a software company and partnering community for the promotional products industry. After becoming president in 2020, McCune oversaw what the company said was a period of significant growth, transformation and strategic process.

“I have been deeply honored and privileged to serve as part of this incredible company, and it’s with tremendous gratitude that I reflect on the journey we have shared together,” said McCune. “Although this decision was not easy, I am optimistic about the future of Facilisgroup and The Pebble Group. I leave the business on great terms, with the confidence that our shared core values and mission will continue to drive this organization to even greater heights.”

Before becoming president of Facilisgroup, McCune served as chief operations officer at the company and also worked as vice president of operations and marketing. Prior to joining Facilisgroup, she worked for the former GatewayCDI, a distributorship that was renamed Brand Addition (asi/202515) when it was acquired in 2016 by the European distributor firm of the same name.

Facilisgroup has seen strong growth this year, according to its parent company, which noted that revenue was up 18.4% in the first six months of 2023.
