Outdoor Cap Company Hires Head of Commerce

Andi Pratt, who has experience at mega brands like Coca-Cola and Nestle, is joining the Top 40 supplier.

Outdoor Cap Company (asi/75420) has a new head of commerce whose resume includes time with household name brands like Nestle and Coca-Cola.

The Bentonville, AR-headquartered Top 40 promotional products supplier has named Andi Pratt to the executive position. Going forward, Pratt will spearhead what Outdoor Cap described as the firm’s omni-channel commerce strategy across the various market verticals within which it operates, including promo products, retail and team sports.

Pratt has more than 19 years of experience in retail sales, marketing and consumer packaged goods. She was most recently director of strategy and national accounts at Oak Ridge Winery in Arkansas. Before that, she was a director of sales at Coca-Cola for about six years, managing all aspects of the brand’s $200 million beverage portfolio at Sam’s Club. Among other roles, Pratt was formerly a shopper marketing manager at Nestle for more than four years.

Pratt believes the future is bright for the supplier firm. “Outdoor Cap is poised for substantial growth across our various business units and industries we service,” she said. “I am excited to drive our growth initiatives and strategies with the great people and teams already here.”

Pratt knows her way around the corporate world, but is a country girl at heart. When not working, the animal lover with four dogs and five horses likes to spend time on the farm and/or adventuring outdoors with family and friends, a short biography noted.

Based on reported 2021 North American promo product revenue of $51.2 million, Outdoor Cap ranked 28th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. The company, which has a 45-year history, services 14,000 customers across its various business divisions.
