Boundless Network Appoints Two New C-Suiters

The Top 40 distributor says Chief Operating Officer Huntley Tarrant and Chief Financial Officer Ethan Rudin will be key to driving growth.

Boundless Network (asi/143717) says it just bolstered its C-suite with the addition of two Ivy League-educated executives.

The Austin, TX-based Top 40 promotional products distributorship has named Huntley Tarrant to the new role of chief operating officer, while Ethan Rudin has joined the firm as chief financial officer.

“Huntley and Ethan are exceptional executives, and we are thrilled they are joining the Boundless team,” said company CEO Dave Klotter. “They are both growth-minded leaders who will reinforce Boundless’ mission to be the premier distributor platform for the best sales professionals in the promotional industry.”

As COO, Tarrant will spearhead all aspects of Boundless’ operations, the company said. Tarrant has been a consultant, entrepreneur and senior level executive with experience in fields that include technology. Her resume features time at Dell, Bain & Company, and Accruent, among others. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

“Ms. Tarrant has an outstanding track record developing exceptional service organizations, leading transformational process improvements, and implementing technology-based solutions,” said Klotter.

Rudin has more than 20 years of financial, strategic and operational leadership experience across a diverse set of companies. Formerly CFO of Napster/Rhapsody and director of corporate development for Starbucks, Rudin’s career has, among other things, included time as an investment banker at Citigroup Global Markets and JP Morgan. Rudin, who has a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, has ample experience in mergers and acquisitions, Boundless said.

Rudin and Tarrant aren’t the only executive additions Boundless has made recently. Klotter became CEO in July, after having previously served as CEO of former Top 40 supplier TSC Apparel, which was acquired by Top 40 firm S&S Activewear (asi/84358) in 2021.

Based on reported North American promotional product revenue of $88.8 million, Boundless ranked 25th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. The company was founded in 2005.
