“This acquisition, while bringing together more than 150 years of industry experience, not only accelerates our growth strategy but also goes hand-in-hand with our goal to continue to bring elevated branding services to the forefront, while providing high-quality product solutions and customer experiences,” said Justin Gray, CEO of PromoCentric.

Beth Gaffey founded Northeast Creations in 1984 and had been serving as CEO. She and the Northeast Creations team will be joining PromoCentric. Going forward, they’ll go to market under the PromoCentric brand.

“When two companies like ours complement each other so well, they immediately add value for all of us,” said Gaffey.

PromoCentric is in its 22nd year of business. The company’s capabilities include on-site decoration and a full-service fulfillment and kitting center. PromoCentric is a member of Facilisgroup, a software-as-a-service company and community/buying group for the promotional products industry.

PromoCentric and Northeast Creations first connected when the latter needed additional decorating and fulfillment resources amid the supply chain disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“PromoCentric was able to provide Northeast Creations with a solution for their production challenges via swift, high-quality service, which piqued interest in what an ongoing collaboration could provide for their business,” Austin said. “The partnership was cultivated over the last year and Northeast Creations officially joined the PromoCentric team on Monday, Jan. 24.”
