Sky High Marketing to Create New 50,000-Square-Foot Headquarters With ‘Campus’ Feel

To be located in Waukesha, WI, the distributorship’s facility will house office and production space.

Sky High Marketing (asi/328476) says it has grown business at an average rate of 25% in each of the last three years.

Now, the Wisconsin-based promotional products distributorship needs a bigger headquarters to house its expanding operations, and that’s just what it’s about to create, company executives said.

Sky High Marketing has announced it will be investing in a new headquarters on the south side of Waukesha, WI, that will be just under 50,000 square feet. The distributorship will gain more office and warehouse space, plus have the option to add up to 60,000 more square feet, should the need arise.

CEO Josh Kozinski said the goal is to create a modern facility with a campus-like feel and open-workspace layout on the 12-acre parcel located in the Waukesha Corporate Center. The building will feature a mezzanine office level with an outdoor deck as well as an outdoor patio.

“In an age where some companies are investing in their people being apart, our leadership team has the exact opposite opinion: We are meant to be together, and we are going to make a significant investment in creating an amazing facility that will allow for collaboration, teamwork and being together in an environment that is going to excite people to come to work each day,” Kozinski said.

Sky High Marketing offers in-house decorating, including embroidery and digital printing; the latter medium was added as a solution in 2022. The need to accommodate the growing decoration operation was one reason the firm sought to expand.

“Our printing and embroidery shops continue to need more people and equipment and we have simply run out of space to add more,” said Chief Operating Officer Benj Lawrenz. “We also have added multiple positions within our warehousing and fulfillment team. This building will allow for our production and logistics teams to have the space we need to grow moving forward.”

It’s been busy times for Sky High Marketing, which also has an office in the Las Vegas area. The firm announced in January that it had acquired distributorship At Your Service Inc. Sky High Marketing is forecasting that it will generate $15 million in sales in 2023.
