Phalen has more than 16 years of graphic art, screen printing and embroidery experience. He’s worked across the textile industry as a creative lead, operations director and production supervisor, where his knowledge of screen printing, dye sublimation, embroidery, heat transfers and direct-to-garment printing allowed him to manufacture high-end textile products and curate top-rated customer experiences, according to Hightech Grafix. The company also notes that Phalen’s work training and building efficient design and decoration teams has served as a model across the decorated-apparel industry.

Bryan Nichols, president of Hightech Grafix, said he’s excited to welcome Phalen to the team. “His vast knowledge and experience in graphics, preproduction and decoration techniques will be of tremendous value to our customers so our company can continue to stand apart from the competition,” he said. “Jason’s passion for customer experiences, technology exploration and sustainable growth, as it applies to apparel, is second to none, and we know he will be a valuable asset from day one.”

Hightech Grafix, a contract decorator that offers high-end printing and embroidery services, as well as free inbound shipping, services clients across Texas and beyond.

“I’m ready to hit the ground running to strengthen our screen printing and embroidery services and elevate customer experiences,” Phalen said of his new position.

Prior to joining Hightech Grafix, Phalen worked as a production manager at Alluvion Inc., a contract decoration shop in Dubo, IL. He also had stints at Winning Streak in Illinois and eSix Sportswear in Arlington, TX, as well as owning and operating his own decoration shop, Phalen Ink, for more than four years.
