Position Summary: 
The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative position is to increase the overall business of ASI by acquiring new members and enrolling them into our eCommerce products and digital marketing services.

Essential Functions

Meets and exceeds sales goals by:

  • Pro-actively prospecting for new members through a high volume of outbound phone sales calls
  • Supporting all sales initiatives and campaigns as directed
  • Following prescribed sales presentations and demonstrations with accuracy and quality.
  • Attending trade shows and visiting customers as required
  • Solicit customers through emails

Completes administrative responsibilities by:

  • Communicating sales confirmations to customers
  • Maintaining detailed records of each customer call in CRM
  • Presenting both verbal and written reports, timely and accurately, as directed by manager
  • Track Sales and leads records

Maintains the current knowledge and skills needed to perform duties efficiently and effectively by:

  • Participating in training sessions, meetings, workshops and education sessions, both at ASI and at off-site locations as directed
  • Taking the initiative to read and self-study in order to effectively make recommendations and promote services to ASI prospects and clients
  • Practice and review training information and procedures from training
