iPROMOTEu Promotes Hoffmann, Kneram, Codner & Segal

iPROMOTEu (asi/232119), a Top 40 promotional products distributor, has announced promotions at the executive and director levels.

The Wayland, MA-headquartered firm said that Joe Hoffmann has been promoted to senior vice president of operations, while Dave Kneram is rising to senior vice president of software engineering. Additionally, Emily Codner is now director of affiliate services and Mike Segal is director of accounts receivable.

Joe Hoffmann, Dave Kneram, Emily Codner and Mike Segal have all earned promotions at iPROMOTEu.

Hoffmann joined iPROMOTEu in January 2021 as vice president of vendor management, overseeing supply chain and vendor interaction. He has extensive promo experience, having previously worked at Top 40 supplier alphabroder (asi/34063) and former Top 40 firm Prime Line, as well as Jetline.

Kneram also has previous experience at a Top 40 company, having been an information technology leader at Cimpress (asi/162149), parent firm of Vistaprint and former Top 40 distributor National Pen. He joined iPROMOTEu in December 2020 as vice president of information technology.

Codner has more than 15 years of experience in the promotional products industry, including over a decade with iPROMOTEu, most recently as the senior manager of affiliate services. She serves on the Advisory Council for A Woman’s View and is also part of Promotional Products Association International’s Women’s Leadership Conference Workgroup.

Segal has held roles of increasing responsibility in finance at iPROMOTEu for about six years, most recently as senior manager of accounts receivable. In addition to leading a team of AR professionals, he will continue to identify efficiency opportunities and improvements while supporting the financial success of the iPROMOTEu affiliate network.

Based on reported 2021 North American promotional product revenue of $180 million, iPROMOTEu ranked 13th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. The new rankings are due out this summer.
