“We believe in sourcing quality, not only with our product but with the individuals that build our team, and Greg is the equivalent of a Swiss army knife,” Sachdeva said. “We know his expertise in sales, product and marketing will aid us as we continue to achieve new heights.”

Brown will be working in close collaboration with Cotton Heritage sales vice presidents Ken White and Tom Dixon.

“I am elated to be a part of the Cotton Heritage family,” said Brown. “Over the years, they have demonstrated that core values and hard work build brand loyalty.”

Brown was most recently chief operating officer of Citadel Brands, the master U.S. distribution partner of Scotland, U.K.-headquartered blank apparel provider AWDis Brands (asi/45222). Cotton Heritage said Brown played a key role in growing Citadel’s distribution network and also strengthened product mix.

Among other roles, Brown was previously vice president of marketing and promotional products at Top 40 supplier Delta Apparel (asi/49172) and a vice president of sales at global apparel maker HanesBrands (asi/59528).

From its three distribution centers in strategic locations in the U.S., Cotton Heritage provides what it describes as cotton-rich silhouette in most activewear categories.
