“We are thrilled to welcome Amy and Sean to our team,” said Michael Levitt, CEO of The MRL Group. “They will be key components in further strengthening our production capabilities, expanding our client reach and driving continued success.”

Sharpless has about 20 years of sales experience in the promotional products industry. He has worked at a number of Top 40 industry firms, and his titles have included national account manager at BDA (asi/137616), director of client services at ePromos Promotional Products (asi/188515), vice president of customer success at Boundless (asi/143717), and business development director at BAMKO (asi/131431).

“I am thrilled to be part of The MRL Group,” said Sharpless. “The company's commitment to exceptional results, innovation and customer satisfaction aligns perfectly with my own values. I’m looking forward to collaborating with the team to define strategy and drive growth."

Robledo, who has extensive experience in procurement, has previously worked for companies that include Molson Coors and Pitney Bowles. Most recently, she was senior category manager for print/point-of-purchase for business communications provider RR Donnelley, where she focused on data analysis, supplier relationships and more. She also spent nearly 15 years at Madden Communications, an Illinois company that was acquired by a Top 40 promo firm in 2019, long after Robledo had left.

During her career, Robledo “has worked closely with Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods clients and retailers, overseeing the development, production and acquirement of both temporary and permanent POS solutions and fixture installations,” The MRL Group noted. “Amy will bring a wealth of experience.”
