“Torin’s extensive experience and demonstrated success in marketing strategy make him an ideal fit for our organization,” said NLA President Michael Alexander. “We are confident that his vision and leadership will further enhance our brand presence and drive our business to new heights.”

Rea was most recently vice president of retail marketing at Careismatic Brands, a global company that provides medical apparel and school uniforms.

Prior to that, he held the roles of director of retail development and director of visual merchandising at Careismatic. Alexander, who joined Next Level in February, was previously executive vice president at Careismatic.

“I am honored to join Next Level Apparel, a company that is widely recognized for its commitment to quality and innovation,” Rea said. “I look forward to collaborating with the talented team at Next Level Apparel to strengthen our brand, connect with our customers on a deeper level, and drive growth in the competitive apparel market.”

Before his nearly nine years at Careismatic, Rea was director of marketing operations at Digiboo and operations manager at Revelations Entertainment, where he managed production office operations for actor Morgan Freeman.

Based on estimated 2021 North American promotional product revenue of $275 million, NLA ranked seventh on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. The new rankings are due out later this month.
