Facilisgroup Promotes Amy Rabideau to SVP Position

The industry veteran will play a key leadership role in spearheading strategy and innovation.

It’s another promotion for Amy Rabideau.

Facilisgroup, a St. Louis-based software-as-a-service company/partnering community for the promotional products industry, has promoted Rabideau to senior vice president of strategy and innovation.

The elevation comes following a 2022 move that saw Rabideau rise to vice president of product.

“Amy’s exceptional skills, dedication and industry experience make her the perfect fit for this strategic leadership position,” said Facilisgroup President Ashley McCune, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people. “Her passion for identifying and developing new product opportunities will undoubtedly help drive our company's growth and future success.”

As senior strategy/innovation VP, Rabideau will oversee market research and business opportunity development, while working closely with Facilisgroup’s product, marketing and sales teams to bring new solutions to market.

“I am excited to tackle this new role at Facilisgroup,” said Rabideau. “Using my knowledge of the promotional products industry and the challenges we have overcome as an industry, I am excited about the opportunities ahead of us.”

Rabideau has more than 25 years of experience in promo. Past roles include being a regional sales vice president for Top 40 supplier Starline (asi/89320) and director of purchasing at Top 40 distributor Summit Group (asi/339116).

Rabideau, who joined Facilisgroup as a product architect in 2021, has also been active as a volunteer in the industry. She’s a board member and chair of the Membership, Marketing & Education Committee for PromoStandards, a nonprofit organization committed to improving supply chain and transactional efficiencies in promo. She has also been a member of the Regional Association Council Board of Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) and the Georgia Association of Promotional Products Professionals.

“Amy’s contributions truly demonstrate her commitment to advancing the industry,” Facilisgroup said.

Facilisgroup is owned by The Pebble Group, a publicly traded company based in the United Kingdom that also owns distributor Brand Addition (asi/202515). In March, The Pebble Group reported that it increased total global sales 16% year over year in 2022 to £134 million – about $165 million. Business reportedly continued to grow in the first half of 2023.
