“I am eager to drive growth and create value for our customers and partners in my new role,” said Hunt. “I look forward to collaborating with other industry leaders to develop innovative products, services, integrations, content, education and experiences to help our customers thrive in 2023 and beyond.”

Looking ahead, Inktavo is investing heavily in developing strategic partnerships to generate new sources of opportunity and value, Hunt told ASI Media. “This will benefit customers, partners and Inktavo,” he said. “It’s a win-win scenario.”

Hunt co-founded InkSoft in 2012 and GraphicsFlow in 2020. He also served as president of both companies. In February 2022, private equity firms PSG and Blue Star Innovation Partners (BSIP) teamed up to acquire those companies along with Printavo. InkSoft and Printavo had been “friendly competitors” for years, in Hunt’s words.

InkSoft has offered a cloud-based business software platform made for the unique needs of print shops and decorators. Similarly, Printavo has provided a cloud-based tool for print, embroidery, promotional product and sign shops to manage their businesses. Under the Inktavo umbrella, InkSoft, GraphicsFlow and Printavo, have worked to improve and expand on the solutions provided by these sister companies.

“We’re excited to build great products and help small businesses around the world organize, scale and grow,” said Hunt.
