Fully Promoted Names Andrew Titus President; Brugger Moves to New Role

Titus is replacing Counselor Power 50 member Mike Brugger at the Top 40 distributorship. Brugger has moved into a different executive position at parent company United Franchise Group.

Andrew Titus is at the top.

The young executive has been named president of Florida-headquartered Fully Promoted  (asi/384000), the 20th-largest distributorship in the North American promotional products industry.

Titus is replacing Michael Brugger, a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people. Brugger has become president of Franchise Real Estate, a commercial real estate firm that provides services related to leasing with a specialty in franchising and finance. Franchise Real Estate belongs to the same parent company as Fully Promoted – United Franchise Group (UFG).

Andrew Titus is part of the Titus family that has long helmed UFG.

“It makes me extremely proud to promote another family member into a leadership role,” UFG CEO Ray Titus told ASI Media. “Andrew has been in the family business his whole life. He has won numerous awards here, including MVP as a regional vice president.”

Titus’ past roles at UFG include brand development manager, regional manager, regional vice president and executive vice president of development. In the president’s position, Titus is tasked with developing Fully Promoted’s franchise network – a responsibility that will include increasing franchisee revenue and unit growth.

“With his wealth of experience and proven track record of success, we know that Andrew will be a valuable asset to our team as we strive to take Fully Promoted to new heights,” the company said in a statement posted to LinkedIn.

Mike Brugger

Michael Brugger, former Fully Promoted president, is moving into another president’s position at parent company United Franchise Group.

Brugger became president of Fully Promoted in 2018, but his time with United Franchise Group stretches back to 1994. In 2000, he opened and managed the first EmbroidMe store in West Palm Beach, FL. EmbroidMe would later rebrand as Fully Promoted. The franchise model distributorship now has approximately 300 locations globally.

Fully Promoted thrived under Brugger’s leadership, growing sales this year and adding 45 new owners worldwide. Other highlights achieved in 2022 alone include the launching of recruitment tools and videos such as staff/manager videos  and owner videos; a franchise winning a Counselor Promo Campaign Award for best use of video; and the expansion of contract decorating and machinery.

“Mike Brugger has done an outstanding job with Fully Promoted,” Ray Titus told ASI Media. “He has led the brand through a tough time with the pandemic and is excited about his next challenge in Franchise Real Estate. UFG is growing incredibly and needs his leadership to open up locations faster and more efficiently. He will be working with all our brands in 2023.”

In another notable 2022 leadership move, Fully Promoted named Kevin Davydov to the position of marketing manager. Meanwhile, in June, a Cleveland-area franchise that’s part of Fully Promoted acquired Garment Specialties, a Twinsburg, OH-based retail apparel decorating shop with a 35-year history.

Based on 2021 North American promo product revenue of $109.5 million, Fully Promoted ranked 20th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
