Promo Companies Affected by Hurricane Ian

Thursday, Sep. 29
  • Koozie Group (asi/40480) will reopen on Friday, Sept. 30 and work through the weekend. Please note that shipping pick-up times and in-transit times may vary per carrier as they assess their own impacts.
  • Hit Promotional Products (asi/61125), a Top 40 supplier based in Largo, FL, will reopen in the afternoon of Thursday, Sept. 29 and expects to be fully operational on Friday, Sept. 30. 24-hour service remains suspended until further notice. An additional 2-3 business days production time will be added to their standard service.
  • Because they are without power, Epoly (asi/52541) will be closed on Thursday, Sept. 29.
Tuesday, Sep. 27
  • Impress Depot (asi/68771) will be closed Wednesday, Sept. 28 and Thursday, Sept. 29.
  • Epoly (asi/52541) will be closed on Wednesday, Sept. 28. They plan on reopening on Thursday, Sept. 29, and will proceed with orders as soon as they are back in the office.
  • Hit Promotional Products (asi/61125), a Top 40 supplier based in Largo, FL, is temporarily suspending operations on Wednesday, Sept. 28 and Thursday, Sept. 29th due to Hurricane Ian. The firm’s 24-hour service was suspended immediately on Tuesday, Sept. 27 and will remain so until further notice. “An additional two-to-three business days’ production time will be added to our standard service,” Hit said in a statement. “We will continue to monitor this situation and keep you updated should this change.”
  • With mandatory evacuation orders issued by local county administrators, Koozie Group (asi/40480) was closing its Clearwater, FL facilities on Tuesday afternoon with the hopes of reopening Friday, Sept. 30. Should circumstances allow, the firm planned to work through the weekend to make up the time and orders. “Our support teams, including our customer service teams, will continue to operate remotely during this time should you have any other questions,” said CEO David Klatt. “Our Minnesota facilities remain open and operating business as usual.” As a result of the Clearwater closure, Koozie Group has adjusted lead times by three days and suspended 24-hour service on products produced there like pens and drinkware. “Please note that any orders in house will be delayed as needed to accommodate the facility closures,” said Klatt. “We anticipate being able to provide the most accurate ship dates when our factories reopen and plan to send any updated ship date notifications by Monday, October 3.”
  • Gempire (asi/55610) is currently in an evacuation zone, but some employees will be able to work remotely. They can still be reached as long as they don't lose power.
