STORMTECH Performance Apparel (asi/89869) has appointed Michael Dalzell as vice president of marketing to oversee the company’s global marketing strategy and retail operations. Dalzell has over 20 years of marketing experience, including more than 15 in senior management at high-end ski resorts in both Canada and the U.S., and a stint as director of marketing for The North Face in Alameda, CA.
“Adding Michael’s strength and expertise to the executive team is part of an ongoing strategy to build brand awareness,” said Blake Annable, president and CEO of STORMTECH Performance Apparel, in a statement. “Getting a stronger foothold on our brand positioning and growing the retail business will positively impact all channels, bringing STORMTECH to the next level of growth.”
Dalzell earned his BA from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, and his MBA from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
