Javier Melendez discusses his winning post for ASI's social media campaign.

Remember the name Javier Melendez.

The promo industry pro from All Star Incentive Marketing has made quite the name for himself on social media. Earlier this year he started showcasing his humorous side with short and funny videos on the popular network TikTok. By integrating a knack for taking on popular industry trends and issues, and adding a dash of sarcasm and wit, Javy has stood out, with some of his videos garnering over 100,000 views.

So it was no surprise that Javier jumped all over ASI's #PromoOnTheGo social media campaign in October and created one of the best submissions. The campaign – which encouraged a select group of social media savvy industry people to take photos and videos of a cardboard cutout of ASI's intrepid mascot, Promo – was a hit, and helped lighten the mood during a year which has been decimated by the coronavirus pandemic.
