Top 40 supplier Gemline (asi/56070) announced today a new strategic partnership with Samsonite. Under the terms of the deal, Gemline will now be the exclusive supplier of decorated products from the Samsonite, American Tourister, and Hartmann brands throughout the U.S. and Canada. Samsonite items will be launched as part of Gemline’s 2016 product line, which will be available on January 1.

Known for its high-quality products, the Samsonite brand enables us to expand our offering of travel bags, luggage and accessories.”
Samsonite, a more than 100-year-old company, markets luggage, bags and travel accessories under the brand names of Samsonite, American Tourister, Samsonite Black Label, Hartmann, Gregory, and Speck. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Gemline,” said Lynne Berard, vice president of sales and marketing at Samsonite. “Gemline is a leader in their industry and this agreement will further expand access to our brands within the marketplace.”
Gemline ranks number 19 on Counselor’s supplier Top 40 after reporting 2014 North American ad specialty revenues of $94 million, a 2.2% increase over the previous year.
