ePromos Promotional Products Celebrates 25 Years

The Top 40 distributor recently marked the milestone with a virtual townhall and kitted swag bundles for employees.

A Top 40 distributor is celebrating a milestone business anniversary.

St. Cloud, MN-based ePromos Promotional Products (asi/188515) was founded in 1998 with a primary objective: to change the face of the industry by offering e-commerce solutions for end-buyers. Twenty-five years later, the company has grown from one Midwest location to nearly 30 across the United States and maintains partnerships in more than 50 countries.

ePromos maintains an all-remote staff in almost 30 locations across the country. The company recently hosted an anniversary townhall and sent kitted bundles of celebratory swag to employees’ homes.

“Our omni-channel approach takes clients from idea to concept, through sourcing and production, into sustainable packaging, kitting, fulfillment and delivery – all backed by cutting-edge analytics,” said the company. “These solutions culminate in savings and efficiencies while amplifying our clients’ brands.”

Heather Dworakowski, director of marketing, told ASI Media that the omni-channel model sets the distributor apart in the market. “We’re committed to an excellent customer experience, so we meet our customer where, when and how they want to be met in their buying moment,” she says. “We’re brand advisors and we also empower self-service e-commerce.”

Moving forward, says Dworakowski, the company will continue to commit to a top-notch customer service experience, with additional investment in new hires and technology as it maintains an all-remote workforce.

To celebrate 25 years, employees recently gathered for a virtual townhall to recognize peers and company achievements, and the leadership team sent out kitted merch bundles that included branded OGIO shirts and headwear.

“Our employees’ well-being and talents are tantamount to our success,” says Dworakowski. “We’re also passionate about doing good, and we’re committed to working with suppliers that ethically source, produce and give back as well.”

With 2021 North American promotional product sales of $72 million, ePromos ranked 28th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
