ASI Show Announces Dates For 2020 Orlando Trade Show

ASI Show has moved the dates of its 2020 trade show in Orlando, FL, to Saturday, January 4 through Monday, January 6 to better accommodate the schedules of attending distributors and suppliers.

The change moves ASI Orlando forward by one day, helping both distributor attendees and exhibitors as exhibits will be now open on a weekend day and a weekday rather than an entire weekend.

“Our chief goal in hosting any show is to listen to feedback from attendees and to be as flexible as possible whenever we can to accommodate their needs and requests, which is why we adjusted the dates,” said Rita Ugianskis-Fishman, senior vice president and general manager of ASI Show. “It’s now full steam ahead for Orlando 2020 and another terrific kickoff to the trade show season.”

Ugianskis-Fishman expressed appreciation to Dave Rick, senior sales manager of the Orange County Convention Center, and Kelly Albert, senior national account executive of Visit Orlando, for working with ASI to secure the required space at the convention center and nearby hotels.

ASI Show has also announced the dates for its other two large trade shows in 2020, with registration open in August. ASI Fort Worth will take place Monday, February 3 through Wednesday, February 5 at the Fort Worth Convention Center. ASI Chicago will take place Tuesday, July 21 through Thursday, July 23 at McCormick Place.

ASI Orlando 2019 (#asiorlando) grew this year to 4,700 attendees, with nearly 600 exhibitors (70 new to Orlando). The trade show attracted exhibitors and distributors from 49 states and 25 countries, including 821 attendees from Florida, as well as 284 women-owned and 252 minority-owned companies.

Additionally, 17 distributors chose Orlando to host sales meetings, including many Counselor Top 40 companies. On Education Day, more than 820 businesspeople enjoyed all-new tracks and classes on subjects like social media, marketing, sales and design. During the New Product Preview Reception, more than 400 people mingled over new supplier products while networking with the day’s education speakers and other distributors.

Registration is now open for this year’s ASI Chicago, taking place Tuesday, July 9 through Thursday, July 11 at McCormick Place. The Chicago show features a keynote by Luke Williams, bestselling author, TEDx speaker and expert on thriving during change. The show also features the annual Counselor Awards, which recognize outstanding individuals and companies in eight categories, as well as Person of the Year and International Person of the Year.
