Blanchester, OH-based supplier firm The Allen Company (asi/34330) announced last week that it has named Stan Dohan as president. Dohan succeeds his father, S. Allen Dohan, who was president of the family-owned company since 1977 and will remain with the firm as CEO.

"I am very passionate about our family business and proud of our leadership and all of our tremendous employees as we have managed incredible growth, particularly in the last seven years,” said Stan Dohan. “My goal is to continue building dynamic, new brands and adding to our [array] of existing brands.”

Since 1959, The Allen Company has been a manufacturer/decorator of ceramic, glassware, acrylic, stainless steel, Tritan drinkware and hydration as well as its selection of Camelbak, Blender Bottle, and KORwater branded products. It has experienced significant growth over the past three years and is expecting continued success with its new president in place.

“The company has had tremendous growth of 35% a year over the past three years,” said S. Allen Dohan. “Under the leadership of Stan and the newly-elected Board of Directors, the company hopes to continue its growth spiral.
