SanMar Signs Exclusive Partnership With Allmade

The second-largest supplier in the industry now offers Allmade’s ethically conscious garments to the promo industry.

Top 40 supplier SanMar (asi/84863) is now the exclusive supplier of ethically and environmentally conscious blank apparel from Allmade (asi/34341), a company founded by screen printers to provide eco-friendly garments to the promotional products industry.

The tri-blend T-shirts from Allmade are made with sustainable fibers, including 50% recycled polyester, 25% U.S-grown organic cotton and 25% Tencel Modal. Each shirt keeps the equivalent of up to six bottles from going to landfills. Allmade was founded after a group of screen printers and entrepreneurs traveled to Haiti for a firsthand look at the garment manufacturing industry and came back with a mission to break the cycle of poverty, reduce the promo industry’s negative effect on the environment and produce comfortable garments.

Allmade’s unisex tri-blend V-neck (AL2014) is spun, knit, fabric-dyed and finished in the USA, and comes in nine colors.

“We started this movement to make an impact,” said Ryan Moor, co-founder and CEO of Allmade, in a statement. “With SanMar as our exclusive distributor, we can amplify our mission, create value and empower more to create a positive impact on a much larger scale.”

SanMar now offers six adult styles in nine colors, including short-sleeve, long-sleeve and V-neck tri-blends, as well as a youth T-shirt in eight colors.

SanMar Allmade Ladies

The women’s tri-blend long-sleeve (AL6008) is made of 50% recycled polyester from plastic bottles, 25% organic, US-grown cotton and 25% Tencel Modal.

“Allmade puts social responsibility and sustainability at the core of everything they do,” said Jeremy Lott, president of SanMar, in a statement. “Bringing this dynamic brand to the promotional products industry gives our customers the chance to make a difference with their buying decisions, which widens the impact in our industry and in our communities.”
