The supplier also announced that David Nicholson has been named vice chairman of Polyconcept, parent company of PCNA.

Polyconcept North America (PCNA; asi/78897) has announced that Holly Brown has been appointed chief revenue officer, a new position responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing operations across North America. In addition to decades of global experience building and leading commercial teams, Brown’s deep focus in distribution and her passion for the customer experience will serve distributors well, Polyconcept CEO Neil Ringel said.

“We are thrilled to add someone of Holly’s caliber to the PCNA team. Her experience and leadership will be instrumental in continuing to deliver new initiatives and services to our distributor partners. This new position will enable even greater coordination and a more seamless experience across the PCNA portfolio of brands,” Ringel added.

The addition of Brown to the PCNA leadership team coincides with David Nicholson being named vice chairman of Polyconcept, parent company of PCNA and the world’s largest promotional products supplier due to its vast global footprint. Nicholson, who’s served as PCNA president since 2008 and is in the Top 10 of Counselor’s Power 50 list, will be transitioning out of his day-to-day operating role, now focusing his 27 years’ worth of experience and expertise on strategic planning, M&A activity and other key initiatives.

“I look forward to working with Neil, Holly and the team to identify new opportunities and setting the future path for Polyconcept globally,” said Nicholson, who will continue to serve on the company’s executive leadership team. “While my role will be changing, I remain as committed as ever to the company and its success.”

The new organizational structure underscores PCNA’s commitment to delivering a world-class experience for its distributor partners and better aligning the company’s unparalleled capabilities with its needs, the company said in its release, noting that in particular, the changes will create stronger cohesion between the PCNA family of brands – Leed’s, Bullet, Trimark, ETS and JournalBooks – delivering an easier, more seamless experience for distributors, who can also look forward to new programs, sales tools and resources in support of their businesses.

With $818 million in North American sales in 2019, Polyconcept is the fourth-largest supplier in the industry on Counselor’s Top 40 list.
