iPROMOTEu Expands Business Development Team

The Top 40 distributor has hired five new regional managers.

Celebrating its 20th year, Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu (asi/232119) has announced the expansion of its business development team.

[At left] Carrie Gorges will cover the Northeast territory. With 25 years in the custom print and packaging industries, as well as promotional products and educational fundraising, Gorges brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into multiple areas of iPROMOTEu’s offerings to affiliates; [At right] Julie Ditchik, a 20-year industry veteran, will be responsible for the Western territory. Her experience includes 16 years as director of sales and marketing at San Fernando, CA-based Pinnacle Designs (asi/78140). She’s also served on the Specialty Advertising Association of California (SAAC) board as director of publicity and events.

[At left] Heather Hoffman, a 22-year industry veteran, will be responsible for the Midwest territory. Hoffman has spent the majority of her career with Celina, OH-based Visions/Awardcraft (asi/93986), working in customer service and marketing before being promoted to vice president of inside sales; [At right] Nancy Jolly, a 29-year industry veteran, will cover the Southwest territory. Jolly started as a factory representative before becoming vice president of sales for Georgia-based In Stepp Marketing. She’s also served on the Houston Promotional Products Association (HPPA) board for three years and was elected the HPPA RAC Delegate for a two-year term.

Scott Thackston, a 22-year industry veteran, will cover the Southeast territory. Thackston previously served as president/chief operating officer of Aprons, Etc. (asi/36558). He also has nearly 30 years in large-format textiles, dye-sublimation printing and event marketing displays. In addition, he’s experienced with project and contract negotiations.

“iPROMOTEu is pursuing an aggressive growth strategy,” Les Dorfman, senior vice president of iPROMOTEu, said in a press release. “These additions to our team will be critical to growing our affiliate network. Each manager was chosen for his or her extensive experience in our industry and their impressive accomplishments. We couldn’t be happier to have them aboard.”

With reported 2018 North American promotional product revenue of $198.4 million, iPROMOTEu ranked 11th on Counselor’s 2019 list of the largest distributors in the industry.
