However, as the CEO of industry service provider Facilis, with its 17% YTD growth nearing $900 million in total group sales and 135 member companies in the U.S. and Canada, there’s no doubt that Fandos cemented his spot in the top 10 as someone clients and colleagues point to as a mentor and leader in the business.
