After replacing Emmanuel Bruno in February, Klatt has brought new energy to BIC, promising to provide distributors with more unique products and fix past service snags. Saracino, meanwhile, is the face of the BIC Graphic brand and his inclusion on this list is frankly overdue. The tandem is faced with a challenging task to improve BIC’s sluggish sales, which have fallen from $385 million in 2010 to $313.1 million in 2017.
