It was a year ago that Next Level Apparel founder Joe Simsoly retired, triggering a change in leadership at the popular apparel basics company. While industry newcomer Randy Hales took over as CEO, the supplier also added Jason Buchanan – a seasoned apparel executive who spent 10 years at alphabroder – as the company’s president of sales in 2020.
