With 23% year-over-year sales growth in 2022, PCNA exceeded its pre-COVID sales high of $818.2 million in 2019. In addition to putting a heavy emphasis on its print-on-demand initiatives with its April 2022 acquisition of Spoke Custom Products, PCNA continues to be a leader in promo – both in the area of eco-awareness and givebacks, with its ProudPath sustainability platform and as a partner to brands that have a coveted B Corp certification. Additionally, the company attracted both high-end retail lines like Sony and Hydro Flask, a favorite of younger buyers, and accolades such as HALO’s and Facilis’ Supplier of the Year.

The question for the North American arm of Polyconcept, the largest global promo supplier, becomes when Charlesbank (the Boston-based private equity firm that’s owned Polyconcept since 2016) may look to sell the entity as the tumultuous M&A landscape is becoming more robust post-COVID.
