CFO Andy Quan attributed the company’s 11.4% decline to “the absence of a huge pandemic PPE product surge and a large one-time overseas project in the prior year that didn’t repeat.” The supplier still had a number of highlights in 2022, including improved rush processing/production times, supply chain continuity, strong inventory reserves, expanded sales channels and data/graphic innovation. For 2023, Innovation Line expects continued sales expansion through market innovation, enhanced website user experience and simplified customer connection points.
