The newly certified B Corp from Toronto achieved a 21.8% revenue increase last year, thanks to a significant increase in end-buyer demand post-COVID as well as new clients in its top markets such as finance, retail and telecommunications. Executives expect to grow by 5% to 10% this year and are focusing on finalizing a new ERP system. Late in 2022, CEO Mitch Freed – who was appointed to the position earlier that year – joined his dad Mark on the Power 50 list for the first time.
