Like many companies, sales for Quality Logo Products (QLP) dipped during the pandemic. Still, the e-commerce company saw the time “as a once in a lifetime opportunity to reboot and retool our systems that we would otherwise been unable to without a ‘pause,’” says company President Bret Bonnet. The tools the Aurora, IL-based distributor put into place allowed it to reduce the barrier to entry for new salespeople unfamiliar with the industry, and the automation allowed its expanded sales team more time to sell and service clients. The moves paid off, as QLP grew sales by 48% in 2022 and is projecting nearly 25% growth this year.
