Overture continues its fast ascent up the Top 40 rankings, rising eight places thanks to a 55% sales gain that resulted from a quick pivot to PPE, robust sales of employee/customer engagement kits, and booming business with high-spend clients whose businesses thrived during the pandemic. Executives believe even greater growth is in the cards now that Lou Weisbach, founder of HALO, re-entered the industry after about two decades by leading a private equity-backed investment group that became majority owner of Overture. (The deal was finalized in early 2021.) Looking ahead, Overture aims to become a premier international branding agency with diversified services, growing organically and by acquisition.
