Counselor® magazine from ASI recently announced its second annual Power 50 ranking to recognize the industry’s most influential leaders.

The Counselor Power 50 reflects an impressive group of principals at innovative and successful industry companies, who set the tone for the marketplace today and whom other distributors and suppliers emulate in their leadership practices and business operations.

The 2007 ranking includes 12 individuals who are new, as determined by a panel of editorial experts at Counselor.  To compile the list, the panel first sent a survey to industry members, asking them to nominate potential newcomers to the list and to also indicate whether those on last year’s list should move up or down or be removed.  The panel also carefully weighed other factors, such as nominees’ achievements throughout the year and the health of their companies.
