Facilisgroup Appoints Executives in Marketing & Supplier Relations

The new positions will help take the company’s partnerships to the next level.

Facilisgroup (asi/475998), a software-as-a-service company and partnering community within the promotional products industry, has appointed several executives to help strengthen its marketing and supplier experience.

The St. Louis-based company named Jim Manno as vice president of marketing, Michele Dando as vice president of supplier relations and Sam Ross as supplier success manager.

“Jim, Michele and Sam’s passion for what we do and their willingness to go beyond what we’ve done before is going to bring our marketing and supplier partnerships to the next level,” said Ashley McCune, president of Facilisgroup and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the industry’s most influential people. “They’ve continued to impress me with their ability to adapt and succeed.”

Manno started at Facilisgroup in March 2021, serving as director of communications. “I couldn’t be happier to lead this talented marketing team into the next phase of Facilisgroup,” he said. “It’s an exciting time within our company, and the industry as a whole, so I’m looking forward to our team making a positive impact on both.”

Dando joined the team in August. She’s devoted a significant amount of her adult education to researching and understanding the supply chain and apparel manufacturing, according to Facilisgroup. Previously, she worked as vice president of global sourcing for retail brand Soft Surroundings. Dando said she’s “thrilled to plug into this industry, which is so entwined with my passion for understanding and addressing the complexities of manufacturing and the supply chain.”

Ross has been with Facilisgroup for seven years, serving in a variety of roles including managing events and incentives. Most recently, she worked as supplier experience marketing manager. “I’ve been immersed in the supplier experience and marketing side for so long that the transition was a natural fit, and I’m excited about the added value we’ll bring to our preferred suppliers,” she said.

Facilisgroup offers a business platform and technology services for the promo industry. Headquartered in St. Louis, the company also has offices in Ottawa, ON.
