California-based supplier Innovation Line (asi/62660) has promoted David Kagel to the position of president and has announced the hiring of Chris Hodge as senior VP of sales. Kagel, who has been with Innovation Line as COO since 2014 previously served as president of Barlow Promotional Products, a division of Norwood (asi/40480), and as president of Perfect Promotional Products. Going forward, Kagel will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Innovation Line. He will continue to report to CEO Eddie Blau.

“David has been instrumental in elevating the overall performance of our business and I’m extremely pleased to recognize his accomplishments and talents as he is promoted to president of our rapidly growing company, a role he richly deserves,” said Blau.

Meanwhile, Hodge comes to Innovation Line with 25 years of executive experience working for promo companies including Barlow, Benchmark Industries and CleggPromo (asi/45450). At Innovation Line, Hodge “will engage in strategic plan development for our key distributor accounts, while focusing on expanding our inside and national sales forces,” the supplier said.
