Jeff Lederer Joins Board of Premium Square Group

The European supplier says the former Prime Line executive will help it scale business internationally.

European supplier Premium Square Group (PSG) is welcoming a promo industry veteran onto its board.

Jeff Lederer, former president of Prime Line (asi/79530) – the hard goods division of Top 40 division of alphabroder (asi/34063) – and a past member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the most influential people in the promotional products industry, has acquired a co-majority stake in PSG, along with CEO Arthur Strijbos, according to the supplier.

“With the support and guidance from Jeff, we are able to scale up our business internationally and create a one-stop-shop offering for our customers,” Strijbos said. “With this move, we are investing in new partnerships, acquisitions like PowerCubes and increased inventory levels, to further expand our offering to customers.”

Lederer spent nearly three decades in the promotional products business. He was the CEO of Prime Line before selling it to alphabroder in 2017. He remained as president for three years after the acquisition, leaving the company in December 2020 to pursue other opportunities.

Lederer noted that he’s been working in an advisory capacity with PSG for the past couple of years but decided that a more formal partnership “would help expand the business in a way that would create significant value to shareholders and customers.”

PSG, which exhibited at the recent PSI show, is a supplier for branded, creative, functional and durable gifts for markets primarily in Europe. The company offers more than 300 products from six brands, including Le Zen and PowerCubes. It has eight sales offices that work with customers in more than 25 countries.
