‘A Woman’s View’ Honors Industry Achievements

The organization established by Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu held an awards ceremony in Las Vegas in January.

A Top 40 distributor recently showed its ongoing commitment to supporting women in the promotional products industry.

A Woman’s View, an advocacy organization from iPROMOTEu (asi/232119), held its annual Networking Reception and awards presentation on Jan. 11 in Las Vegas.

Shawna Tromczynski and Terri Molnar of Avalon Image Group (asi/466336) in Cleveland received the 2022 Affiliate Visionary Award. The two women founded the company in 2006 and have more than 40 years of combined industry experience.

“Shawna and Terri are dedicated to uncovering unique product solutions for their clients while prioritizing sustainability and giveback ideas that are relevant and memorable and help move the industry forward in a socially responsible direction,” said iPROMOTEu. “Their partnership and ingenuity epitomize everything A Woman’s View stands for.”

In addition, A Woman’s View presented the 2022 Supplier Visionary Award to Dana Porter, vice president of Information Services at SAGE Quick Technologies. Porter has more than 20 years of industry experience and is known for her contributions to the industry. She’s a past chair of the PPAI Women’s Leadership Conference and was named PPAI Volunteer of the Month.

“Supporting and empowering women in the promotional products industry is our main goal,” said Lori Bauer, senior vice president of affiliate sales and support at iPROMOTEu. “These women possess immense passion and ambition for what they do. We are proud to recognize them for their hard work and will continue to support all women in the industry to achieve their goals.”

iPROMOTEu said  A Woman’s View was designed to unite and support women in the promotional products industry. It offers educational content, programming and networking opportunities for the benefit of all women in the industry. iPROMOTEu continues to support A Woman’s View with funding, personnel, and other resources.

With reported 2021 North American promotional products revenue of $180 million, iPROMOTEu ranked 13th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. The company has affiliates in both the U.S. and Canada.
