Rawson has been with Cutter & Buck USA for nearly 25 years, and has experience in marketing, international licensing and product development. Most recently, he was the company’s global concept director; in that position, he was responsible for brand development, product development, sourcing and strategic planning.

“It’s an honor for me to be joining Cutter & Buck Canada in this role,” said Rawson. “I’m looking forward to collaborating with our teams to continue to support the evolving needs of our partners throughout the Canadian marketplace.”

Rawson told ASI Media that he’s eager to spearhead Cutter & Buck Canada, which has enhanced its market presence over the past decade. “We have a well-developed and sound strategy in place that’s centered on amazing products, a commitment to deep inventory and a world-class operation with incredible efficiency,” he says. “I’m looking forward to building upon the company's past successes and working with our partners to satisfy the needs of their businesses.”

Brett will remain with the company through April 30 to aid in the transition. “I’m extremely grateful for my time at Cutter & Buck and for the opportunity to lead such an incredible team,” he said. “I’m proud of the culture we built, the accelerated growth and results we accomplished, and the strong relationships we established with our partners. The business is in great hands for the next stage of its evolution.”

With 2021 North American promotional products revenue of $51.5 million, Cutter & Buck ranked 27th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. In 2018, Cutter & Buck Canada’s state-of-the-art Brampton warehouse was recognized as a model of order-picking efficiency. The following year, it made the annual Growth 500 list of the Canadian Business and Maclean’s media brands.
