Omaha, NE-based distributor firm Bergman Incentives (asi/137955) has purchased Artwears Unlimited (asi/124960), another Omaha distributor that specializes in branded apparel. Financial terms of the transaction were not released, but the deal now gives Bergman a total of 23 employees. “The talent of Artwears Unlimited will be a terrific addition to the services Bergman Incentives offers its clients, “ says David Gilinsky, president of Bergman Incentives. “We are excited to include additional production capabilities with the products Bergman Incentives currently provides.”

Bergman Incentives, which won Counselor’s Family Business of the Year award in 2013, has been family-owned and operated since 1888.
