What’s the single most significant factor that your organization controls, that’s fueling your success?
MA: We own a new and improved process in how a decorated-apparel business should operate. It was created by listening to the industry’s needs.
What’s your company doing well that you’re really proud of? How does it benefit the industry?
Our company is really doing well helping decorators participate in online business. Offering decorated products online and producing them viably has been tricky up till now.
What’s the biggest opportunity for the decorated-apparel market right now? The biggest challenge or obstacle?
MA: Offering decorated-apparel online is a big opportunity. The biggest challenge was offering decorated products online and connecting it to production. We’ve solved that.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
MA: Ask your customers lots of questions and listen carefully then let them put you to work.
