ASI Show Improves Dates For 2020 Orlando Trade Show

One-day change to January 4-6 better accommodates supplier and distributor schedules

TREVOSE, PA – March 14, 2019 – The ASI Show® today announced it has moved the dates of its 2020 trade show in Orlando to Saturday, January 4 through Monday, January 6 to better accommodate the schedules of attending distributors and suppliers.

The change moves the Orlando show forward by one day and helps both distributor attendees and exhibitors since exhibits will be open on a weekend day and a weekday, versus across an entire weekend.

“Our chief goal in hosting any show is to listen to feedback from attendees and to be as flexible as possible whenever we can to accommodate their needs and requests, which is why we adjusted the dates,” said Rita Ugianskis-Fishman, senior vice president and general manager of ASI Show. “It’s now full steam ahead for Orlando 2020 and another terrific kickoff to the trade show season.”

Ugianskis-Fishman expressed appreciation to Dave Rick, senior sales manager of the Orange County Convention Center, and Kelly Albert, senior national account executive of Visit Orlando, for working with ASI to secure the required space at the convention center and nearby hotels.

Registration is now open for ASI Chicago, Tuesday, July 9 through Thursday, July 11 at McCormick Place and hosted by the Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI). The Chicago show features a keynote by Luke Williams, bestselling author, TEDx speaker and expert on thriving during change. The show also features the annual Counselor® Awards, which recognize outstanding individuals and companies in eight categories, as well as Person of the Year and International Person of the Year.

Below are the dates for ASI’s other two large trade shows in 2020, with registration open in August:

  • ASI Fort Worth: Monday, February 3 through Wednesday, February 5 at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
  • ASI Chicago: Tuesday, July 21 through Thursday, July 23 at McCormick Place.
