Create a brand that clients can connect to. Sauers, author of Would You Buy From You: Your Brand Makes the Difference, believes that promo products distributors need to do everything in their power to create value for customers, so that they can ensure they’re not just low-price providers. Ultimately, he says, clients will view their promotional products purchases as commodities (re: stuff they’ll only pay low prices for) unless you prove the value that both they and you as the service provider offer.
