Eastern Advertising Novelty Powered by Proforma Makes Acquisition

Eastern Advertising Novelty Powered by Proforma (asi/491900) has acquired DeRoy Advertising Specialties, as announced by owner Brian Kwiatkowski. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“I’m very excited to introduce this client base to Proforma and provide them a wider product range of printing, promotional products, graphic solutions and digital marketing resources including website development, online marketing and mobile apps,” said Kwiatkowski in a statement. “We strive to provide our clients with one source to an infinite number of resources that streamline business.”

Joe DeRoy will join Eastern Advertising Novelty Powered by Proforma in a six- to 12-month transition period before retiring from the industry. No DeRoy Advertising Specialties employees will be joining Eastern Advertising Novelty operations in Palmer, MA.

“After working with Brian and getting to know him extensively, I knew this transition was the best option for me and my customers,” said DeRoy. “Brian is an expert at what he does and has a proven track record of creating customized marketing solutions that deliver impressive ROI for his clients.”

This is the second acquisition for Kwiatkowski in two years, with the assistance of Proforma’s Mergers & Acquisition Team. Over the past year, Proforma has completed over $13 million in mergers and acquisitions, and retains more than $150 million in acquisition opportunities to pursue for Proforma Owners.

Proforma is ranked third on Counselor’s list of Top 40 distributors, with an estimated $399.6 million in 2015 revenue.
