"The ASI Dallas Show is beyond expectations! I had more people in my booth in the first two hours than I had the whole time at other industry shows. In fact, I think people underestimated the strength of the Southwest as an important area for trade shows. We could have easily used twice the staff and twice the booth space. We'll definitely be back next year!"
– Fran Ford, director of sales and marketing, Awardcraft (asi/37650)

you might want to focus efforts closer to your office – boost
employee satisfaction first. A recent Maritz poll found that customers
prefer working with happy employees. However, only 25% of employees

work more pleasurable for your people: don't assume that money is the
cure-all for everything. Studies also show that employees respond better
to incentive programs with awards tailored to their interests.

were 43% higher in the second quarter than in the first. IBM announced
the creation of 10,000 new jobs, and 26% of Wall Street Firms plan
to add personnel by year's end. Also, a CaptialSource/Gallup survey
of middle-market companies found that 72% plan to boost capital spending

Microsoft recently revealed four newfound flaws in its Windows software, releasing "critical" patches to prevent future computer break-ins. (Learn more about the updates and download them at www.microsoft.com/security/security_bulletins/20031015_windows.asp.) It also announced that security updates will now be issued monthly rather than one at a time, making it easier for companies to update all their PCs each time a new alert is released. Help your clients remind their employees and customers to keep their Microsoft and other software up-to-date – let promotional products carry the message.
Q: WHAT WILL THE
