AlphaGraphics Kansas City (asi/373210), a certified women-owned business, has acquired fellow Kansas City, MO-based distributor Priority Printing & Marketing (asi/299627). Financial details of the transaction were not released.

Priority Printing & Marketing owner Linda Winter led the company for more than 25 years, before she passed away earlier this year. Haley Haar, president of AlphaGraphics Kansas City, said she respected the work Winter did for the community.

“I’ve admired Linda’s passion for printing and her clients for many years,” said Haar in a statement. “She was more than a vendor; [she was] a friend to so many of her customers. It takes a very special person to have the loyalty and respect that Linda’s clients feel for her. We have big shoes to fill. But one of the great aspects of this merger is that Linda and I have the same passion for quality and service.”

Moving forward, AlphaGraphics will continue to offer custom print, sign, mail and marketing solutions for its new and existing customers, along with online ordering portals, variable data and branded apparel and hard goods.
