Top 40 distributor InnerWorkings (asi/168860) has announced a strategic alliance with tax advisory firm KPMG for marketing execution. Joining forces, the companies say, will help clients spend their marketing dollars more efficiently.
“By combining KPMG’s experience and deep understanding of their client’s business challenges with InnerWorkings’ global marketing execution capabilities, the two companies offer corporations a compelling value proposition,” said Oliver Kimberly, senior vice president for global client solutions at InnerWorkings.
Thanks to the alliance, clients could see potential savings of around 10% on marketing materials, including branded merchandise, according to the two companies. “Today’s marketing budgets are under pressure to perform more than ever before, and marketing executives need transparency, innovation and a technology driven approach to maximize their ROI,” said Pat Canning, managing partner at KPMG Chicago.
InnerWorkings ranked 15th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry, with an estimated $147 million in North American promotional products sales.
