Storm Creek Launches COVID-19 Support Initiatives

Essential workers can receive a free pullover as part of the Buy One, Give One campaign.

Storm Creek (asi/89879) is rolling out two initiatives to support those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Hastings, MN-based supplier has launched its Work from Home Collection with 10% of corporate sales from the collection going to Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund, which supports food shelves across the U.S. struggling to keep up with demand.

“Just one dollar can buy 10 meals to feed the hungry – that small contribution can go a long way in supporting those in need during this difficult time,” Teresa Fudenberg, CEO of Storm Creek, said in a press release. “The Storm Creek brand has been giving back to the community since its inception in 2006. This is a great way for end-users to thank and outfit their employees at home and know their purchase will support a critical and worthy cause.”

Storm Creek also launched a Buy One, Give One campaign for consumers to support frontline workers. The Wear for Better Collection consists of a men’s and women’s jersey quarter-zip pullover featuring a logo that recognizes a variety of essential worker occupations, such as medical staff, grocers, restaurant workers, farmers, bankers, teachers, childcare providers and more, along with the words “Together We Fight.”

For every pullover purchased, customers can choose an essential worker in their life to receive the same item free of charge along with a personalized note. There are two versions of the logo available: one with the state of Minnesota and another with a United States flag.

“The overall theme of the campaign is ‘wear with hope, wear with courage, wear with love, wear with all,’ ” Fudenberg said. “The collection serves as a unique and personal way for everyone to wear their support, literally, for the heroes who are working to keep us all safe. We look forward to thanking and outfitting many essential heroes in our community and beyond.”
