Fore! The Pitch: We've got a great article on the golf market in the March issue of Advantages ... the market is hot, hot, hot! Be sure to check it out and take our quick golf terms quiz online. It's fun and you might even see me pop up! Click here: http://asicentral.com/asp/open/News/Advantages/hole-in-one.aspx. Plus, check out this great new golf award, which is perfect for all those upcoming tournaments. It's the Antigravi-Tee levitating golf ball suspended over a golf tee, with a plate for engraving a winner's name, tournament title, etc. It's from English Creek Products (asi/52494).Pricing starts at: 16; $37.27-T. See it here: http://levitatingball.com/. The Bottom Line: In mid-air.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle The Pitch: It was so very windy here last week that our recycling bin blew down the street, never to be seen again. Yesterday, we went to Home Depot (always a fun time) and bought a new heavy-duty version, because we know the importance of recycling. Here's a heavy-duty product from RFG Line (asi/82283)that teaches kids the importance of recycling. Item CB257 is the "Living Green with the Eco-Superheroes" fun and informative coloring book. It's perfect for Earth Day and more. Pricing starts at: 250; 68 cents-R. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Bottom Line: Go green.
Cushy Business The Pitch: Saturday was Neshaminy High's Gym Night (go BLUE!); so we went to see my son Andrew's team's exhibition. On our way in we bought two stadium cushions (those bleachers are hard on your poor little behind) and also a cowbell (can you ever have too much cowbell?). The cushions were imprinted with "Go Redskins" and a local dress shop's information too. How smart is that with prom season coming up? And it goes to show you that local businesses are very eager to sponsor school fundraiser products.Garyline (asi/55990) has a smart new stadium cushion that folds up into the smallest size, which makes it very easy to carry along. It starts at:100; $2.29-R.You can see item FCUSH here: http://www.garyline.com/. The Bottom Line: Fold and go.
No-Fly Zone The Pitch: I saw my first Stink Bug in the house yesterday. And I screamed, "Steve! A Stink Bug. Get it!" Don't you hate those critters? Anyway, bug season is on the way and I find you can never have too many flyswatters in your home. Calibre International (asi/43442) puts a cool and summery twist on them with item T-810,a flyswatter that's a real mini flip-flop with toe straps. It comes in black and blue. The handle includes a hole for hanging. Pricing starts at: 100; $3.19-R. Email: email@example.com. The Bottom Line: Best foot forward.
